Prototype Biofuton DW 7.1 horsehair, 80x200cm with turning flaps

The strongest futon, that we have ever constructed. Even suitable for heavy persons that sleep on their side.
Construction (like DW 5.1 horsehair, just with thicker natural rubber):

2x 7.5cm firm natural latex (100 % natural rubber, H5, 85kg/m³ density)
2 x 1000g/m² horsehair
2 x 1000g/m² organic cotton (GOTS)
2 x 550g/m² French free-range virgin wool "Plein-Air"
The cover: organic cotton-satin (GOTS), 330g/m². With four flaps to ease turning.
All materials are strictly tested for purity, by ECO Institut, Cologne
The overall height: approx. 22-23cm (initially more)
The weight: approx. 18.5kg/m²
