Roll-Up Slats

23 slats of solid, untreated beech wood, each 5cm x 2cm and about 3.8cm apart, assembled without metal and with robust cotton belt to prevent squeaking and creaking. As a rule, beech wood is used, in exceptional cases and with special dimensions, another type of wood (mostly linden) is also possible.

The slatted frame requires continuous lateral support bars of about 30mm width on the bed frame and a center support for variants with a width of 140cm and wider.
If your bed does not have support bars for frames, take the functionally identical framed slats.
